I spent time with a friend I hadn’t seen in years. She was still the same lovely person, but what was missing was the palpable tension that accompanied her as she moved through the day. Granted I wasn’t with her for a significant amount of time, so I could be wrong. I don’t think I’m wrong. In observing her she seemed to consciously looked for and I think find the essence that needed management in an environment that had various levels of intensity and chaos. Finding Serenity is how I see the impulse of addressing the objective regardless of its fuzziness and finding the beauty and hopefully the calm.
